The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

Our room was spacious and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the amazing infinity-style swimming pool and the fantastic poolside bar. a great experience!

The large number of children at the resort, which made it a bit noisy at times.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the concierge named Jimmy who knew the island inside out and provided excellent recommendations for our trip. The location was perfect for exploring the western part of Crete, and having a pool view room added to the amazing experience.

The hotel facilities were first class, with beautiful grounds and immaculately kept swimming pools. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the restaurant and pool bar were exceptionally friendly.

While our stay was mostly positive, there were a few aspects that could be improved upon. there were some issues with the room assignment upon arrival, but this was eventually resolved after a few days.
