We were absolutely amazed by everything at the hotel - from the spotless rooms with all the added extras to the friendly and approachable staff. The value we got for our money was exceptional and the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement.

We had an amazing vacation in Crete and enjoyed our stay at a beautiful hotel in Xanthia Restaurant. The staff, led by Ellie and her amazing team, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.

As a budget traveler, I really loved the range of food options and high-quality meals available at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the concierge named Jimmy who knew the island inside out and provided excellent recommendations for our trip. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with modern and new amenities that truly make it a luxury 5-star hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the western part of Crete, and having a pool view room added to the amazing experience.

Felt so much at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff, facilities, and cleanliness are top-notch. The private pool is well-maintained, and the room service is excellent. The buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, including Cretan specialties. The location is close to the sea, and the rooms are spacious. The infinity-style swimming pool and pool bar are amazing, with a great cocktail menu. The hotel takes good infection control measures and provides a convenient MiniMart. The spa offers fantastic massages, and the upgrade to a family suite was a nice touch. Transportation to and from the hotel is convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from Christina at reception to Giannis the concierge, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is located in a beautiful environment in the middle of a small village. We were lucky to find availability here. The hotel facilities were first class, with beautiful grounds and immaculately kept swimming pools. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the restaurant and pool bar were exceptionally friendly.

Had a great time at this hotel! the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the food at the hotel was excellent, and we were impressed by the variety and taste. the rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. We also loved the huge central pool, which was a great place to relax and cool off during the hot weather. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The gym and spa facilities were well-equipped and the infinity style pool was impressive. the food, especially the breakfast buffet, was of good quality. the staff, particularly the barmen, David and Giannis, were friendly and attentive.

The shower had drainage issues and the shower door leaked. the hotel location required a car to access other sites or beaches.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the hotel and the beautiful pool area. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were always helpful and accommodating, even during busy times. The Cretan breakfast room had a cozy atmosphere and a delightful selection. The private pool in the deluxe suite added a touch of luxury to our stay.
