My xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff did a great job of keeping them clean. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight, as it was conveniently located near key attractions in Miami. Additionally, the app provided by the hotel made it easy and convenient to communicate with the front desk.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. Firstly, the prices for drinks and food were quite high, which is to be expected in this area. Secondly, the hotel was quite loud, but that is to be expected in a busy city like Miami. Lastly, there were a lot of children in the hotel and they were not always well-managed, but there were adults-only areas available to escape them, such as the rooftop pool.

Loved the amenities and service! The pools were amazing, and the gym and workout classes were a nice extra. The free Tesla hotel car service was a great touch. The driver Robinson Cepeda was exceptional with his friendly attitude and local restaurant suggestions. The location was perfect, and the eco-conscious mission was impressive.

There were some minor issues. The AC units were a bit noisy, and the music from the pool area could be heard from the balcony. The lounge space by the pools could be improved, as it was crowded during our stay. it was a wonderful experience for our romantic escape. We would definitely come back!
