The hotel's location within walking distance of downtown makes it convenient for exploring the area. The ocean views from the rooms create a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The staff is pleasant and the breakfast is adequate.

The state of the room and bathroom leaves much to be desired. The outdated furniture and poor bathroom layout do not fit with the surrounding charming town.

My room offered stunning views of the ocean. It was a bit of a walk back after bar hopping, but the balcony was perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Despite the minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here with amazing ocean views from our room. The location on the beach was perfect, and the staff was dedicated and friendly, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We were very impressed with the room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning and heating, and flat-screen tv. A welcome drink was a nice touch. We loved taking a dip in the leisure swimming pool and enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area. The garden area was beautiful, and it was great having beach access right here!

The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location on the beach was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the jetty from our balcony. We loved waking up to the sunrise over the bay and Provincetown. The basic amenities in our room were comfortable and adequate, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the charming decor. The included breakfast, with a variety of meat options, was a great way to start our day.

We had a fantastic time at this charming hotel. Our stay was for a weekend getaway and we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the breakers and marsh from our room. The small beach and pool area were perfect for relaxation, and we enjoyed swimming and hermit crab hunting. The comfortable bed and mini fridge in the room were convenient. The old-world charm of the hotel, with its beautiful paintings of old P-Town, added to the overall experience. The breakfast provided a good start to our day. We will definitely return as this hotel exceeded our expectations.

the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. They even surprised us with champagne for my fiancee's birthday. We also enjoyed the pool with a bar on site and the delicious buffet breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I really enjoyed. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help out when needed. Secondly, the room I stayed in was spacious and had a magnificent view from the balcony. The hotel’s location was on the harbor which made for a delightful morning view. Finally, breakfast was included which was a great perk and the food was delicious.

All in all, this hotel was a pretty positive experience.

The noise from other guests made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the hotel staff seemed indifferent to the disturbance and didn't take any action to address the issue.

The Provincetown Inn offers a charming, vintage atmosphere with modern amenities like in-room coffee, fridge, flat screen TV, and wifi. The room had a fantastic view and a spacious balcony. The continental breakfast provided a great variety, including options for vegetarians and vegans. The private beach, pool, and jetty were just steps away, perfect for relaxation. The location is convenient for exploring Commercial St or renting bikes for a ride along the bike trail to Race Point Beach. The staff were friendly and the prices reasonable.

I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the three-course meal offered, which was both tasty and reasonably priced.

The carpets in the public areas needed a deep cleaning, and the whole building felt a bit tired. the rooms were a bit cramped, and the shower room needed better ventilation, and we expected more for the price.
