The location of this hotel is perfect! It's right in the heart of the city, in a great area, and surrounded by all the cultural attractions. The rooms are clean and offer a great view of the city. I was impressed by the room layout, it was different from any other hotel I've stayed in, and it was delightful. The staff here is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. They even helped us arrange a shuttle and gave us great recommendations for dining options. The hotel also offers a lot of amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and a fitness center. I had a fantastic experience here.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was spot-on. The room was bright, with a lovely view of the convention center. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the Cultural District and all the nearby attractions. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially the gentleman at check-in who gave us great recommendations for drinks and dinner. a top-notch experience.

Now, the hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement. It would've been nice to have more variety or maybe a buffet option.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. the housekeeping service was delayed and interrupted our afternoon nap, which was quite disappointing.

Modern and comfortable facilities, helpful and friendly staff, convenient location for sports events, plenty of nearby restaurants, pleasant and responsive service.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The hotel's location downtown was perfect for my needs, as it was right next to the convention center. I also loved the friendly staff and the fact that I could easily walk to various restaurants in this city.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Terrific location within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife. Comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. Charming decor in a historic building, offering a unique experience.

Some power outlets next to the beds were not working. Carpet and curtains were worn and badly stained.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean lobby and rooms. Quick check-in and check-out process. Shuttle service and valet parking available. Many restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard! The general manager, Chris, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. He personally took care of our order at the Bistro and refused to let us pay. If Chris treats a simple cup of tea with such care, imagine how he looks after the entire property. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Marriott in downtown Pittsburgh offered us a fantastic stay. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and the location was even better. We were able to explore the cultural district and visit the convention center, all within walking distance. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. This city truly exceeded our expectations.

The only downside was that there was no breakfast included. But overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being downtown with easy access to restaurants, bars, and attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and great recommendations for places to visit. Plus, the 12 PM checkout was a bonus after a fun night out on the town.

Noisy rooms, especially if facing a busy street with bars and restaurants. Understaffing issues during peak times, resulting in poor housekeeping service and long wait times for guest services.

I traveled to Pittsburgh for a convention at the David L. Lawrence convention center and stayed at Courtyard Downtown. The staff, especially George, was exceptional. The hotel was clean, with comfortable rooms and a great bed. The location was excellent, with valet parking that was efficient and convenient. There were plenty of great dining options nearby. Courtyard Downtown is definitely on my shortlist for my next trip.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I loved my stay here! The room was quiet, clean, and had high ceilings. The reception area was spacious and had beautiful decor with plenty of comfortable furniture. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel was excellent, as I could easily walk to restaurants, shows, and clubs in the cultural district. The hotel is also conveniently located around the block from Point State Park and the start of the trail, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. this hotel provided a great experience with its cleanliness, facilities, location for shows and clubs, and friendly staff.

Shuttle service was convenient and accommodating. Large lobby with cafe and Starbucks coffee. Many nearby restaurants. Easy access to PNC Park. Friendly and helpful staff.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.
