The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. the hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit attractions. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the reservation process was a bit confusing, resulting in our price being changed on our card after check-in.
