We enjoyed the convenient location close to everything in Downtown, allowing us to easily walk to major attractions. the hotel facilities were modern and chic, providing a clean and new ambiance. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant.

Had a great Christmas with clear views of the Space Needle from our King corner room. the hotel's modern design and cleanliness stood out, and the streetcar station right outside made exploring the city easy. the daily housekeeping was a nice touch, and the staff, especially Peyton at the Ladro Cafe, were friendly and accommodating.

Some amenities had issues, such as broken lights and non-functional ice machines. the rooftop terrace, although advertised, required reservations, which caught us off guard.

At my first stay, the staff suggested great places to eat. This place has Free Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, fitness center. Perfect for me. No smoking, air conditioning, VIP check, in. I'm returning for Christmas.
