I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived at this amazing property, the staff provided exceptional service. the hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with every inch meticulously clean, including the casino. the rooms were impeccably designed and modern, making for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious food, which surpassed my expectations. the experience was outstanding and I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details such as book lights on the headboards and adjustable lighting in the bathroom. This hotel truly stands out from the rest and we can't wait to return.

Beautiful indigenous artwork decorates the rooms and common areas. The front desk staff is efficient and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious and well-prepared food. Bonus points for not having to leave the premises for a nice meal and cocktail. The friendly and welcoming staff make this a top choice for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is located in a great spot on the Olympic Peninsula, with easy access to the beautiful National Park and a nearby restaurant. Our room was modern and super clean, with comfortable beds and a walk-in shower. The check-in process was quick and easy, and parking was not an issue. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as an on-site casino and café, plus a gorgeous lake view from some of the rooms.

The hotel staff's behavior was unacceptable. One guest experienced a rude and unaccommodating front desk attendant who lacked understanding about medical service animals.

The big showers and motion light in the bathroom were thoughtful touches. The tablet in the room made it easy to request services. The coffee shop had amazing coffee and snacks. The on-site restaurant, 7 Brothers, had great food and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a special weekend and WOW! The location is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of casino action as it is a stone's throw away from a great casino. And, for nature enthusiasts like myself, it's a short drive to a stunning national park full of breathtaking views. The shuttle service was an excellent touch, which made transportation a breeze. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay here feel extra special.

The hotel is modern and the bedding is comfortable. the food in the nearby restaurant is delicious and has a great variety of flavors. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. that, it is strategically located near several key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the region.

The air conditioning system in the room was a bit problematic. the constant airflow on one's face and neck made it difficult to sleep, and the noise factor made it worse.
