I had the best time at this hotel! The decor is super modern, and the spacious guest room with 2 Queen beds was a cozy haven for our group. It's so close to shops and restaurants. we walked everywhere with ease!

I faced multiple issues during my three-day visit. The first was a broken toilet that was reported daily yet never fixed. Additionally, I noticed a serious lack of communication from management when I requested to switch rooms on my last night. they denied me, citing housekeeping constraints after hours. My overall impression was overshadowed by these ongoing inconveniences.

The modern room was spacious and clean, making my stay enjoyable. However, the overpowering scent in the lobby discouraged me from spending time there, which was disappointing.

Check the hot water before your shower, as it can be inconsistent. Also, explore nearby eateries. they're just a short walk away and worthwhile!

But, a quirky twist, during my stay, the hot water decided to play hide and seek! One minute it was there, the next, a yellow surprise. Still, the sunny Doral vibes kept my spirits high!

this hotel was a complete disaster! the toilet was clogged upon check-in, and not a soul cared to actually fix it. i was practically begging for a little sympathy here! not to mention, i expected an upgrade for my troubles, but apparently that’s too much to ask! so disappointed, almost thought about giving a good review, but nope.

Room was pretty modern and cosy, felt lekker after a long day. Plus, it was close to shops for a good little stroll! The staff were super friendly, defs made us feel at home. Quite spacious for the four of us too!

The hotel is super convenient, close to Dolphin Mall and a ton of eateries! Our large family room with two queen beds was spacious enough for our young child's play, making our stay comfortable and fun. We really enjoyed exploring the local shops nearby.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on-site.
