Our stay at Parkroyal Serviced Suites was fantastic. We got great value for our money with a large and comfortable apartment on the 28th floor, offering breathtaking views. The location was perfect, close to a variety of restaurants and just a short walk to the monorail. The staff was fantastic, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more options and tastier dishes.

This hotel’s location is ideal for those who love shopping as it is situated near popular shopping centers and malls. The guests loved how they could easily go around the city area and visit different trendy restaurants, and the hotel's proximity to shopping centres. Aside from that, the service is excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the rooftop pool offers stunning views of the city.

Some maintenance issues were reported with the rooms, such as low water pressure in the bathroom and some fittings need a minor repair.

We had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including cooking tools and plates. The location was perfect, with 24-hour convenience stores, eateries, and a night market nearby. We also loved the friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay enjoyable.

The duvet sheets and pillowcases had stains, and even after requesting a change, we were given stained sheets again. The room itself was dated and not well-maintained, with a malfunctioning toilet flush and noisy AC. There were also stains on the bathtub, worn-out tiles, and handwritings on the hotel pamphlet that were not replaced.

The breakfast lounge served Grab & Go breakfasts that were convenient for my hurried mornings. The property had two swimming pools, one on Level 1 and another on Level 31, so I had options for a refreshing dip. The 36th floor Heli Lounge Bar was truly a hidden gem with stunning views.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of encountering a naked homeless guy right outside the hotel entrance. What a charming welcome!

This hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy access to entertainment, food & drink and shopping venues. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms provide a great view of the city. Breakfast with egg-making station is awesome.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms were great and catered beautifully to our needs. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the pavilion mall. Taxis were readily available. The staff were amazing with big smiles on their faces and provided great service overall. The hotel facilities, including the play area and pool, were loved by the kids. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the kitchen was convenient for cooking. The staff, especially Moti, took excellent care of us during breakfast.

Can't fault the property in any way.

the two-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the Bukit Bintang Area. the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including free wifi, and we enjoyed the two pools on the 1st floor and the skypool on the 30th floor. the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel even had a washing machine and dryer. it was an excellent stay!

We stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. the service was impeccable, and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We were impressed by the luxurious amenities, including the indoor swimming pool and the sauna. the spa lounge was also a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The only negative aspect we noticed was the outdoor swimming pool. It was a bit crowded, so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked, but it was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The 2 bedroom corner apartment with a study room was spacious and convenient for our needs. The kitchen was excellent and had all the utensils we needed. The view of the KL tower from the 22nd floor was amazing. We also loved the rooftop swimming pool. The staff were very polite and the daily room cleaning service was top-notch. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping centers and the H/K Dept. it felt like our own apartment with a discrete hotel touch.

No negatives from this place.
