Our five-night stay at Aloft was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially Nancy at the front desk and Jeff at the bar, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We appreciated the small gestures, like Jeff bringing us water at the pool. Despite a few noisy guests, the noise level wasn't too bad. we had a great getaway and would definitely recommend this hotel for a Phoenix stay.

The noise from the surrounding dance clubs at night was quite problematic, especially if you're staying on the noisy side of the hotel. It would have been helpful if the staff had informed guests about the potential noise disturbance and given them the option to choose a quieter room.
