I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Tampa and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning interior. The rooms were immaculate and the hardwood floors added a touch of luxury. The highlight was definitely the shower, it was like stepping into a spa. The location was perfect, with everything in Tampa just a stone's throw away. And if you're looking to hit the beach, St. Pete's Beach is a short 35-minute drive. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

It was disappointing to book a room with a pool view but end up overlooking a roof and car park instead. the initial expectation of staying inside the airport building, based on the hotel's name, was also misleading.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. Additionally, being close to the airport made our travel convenient and stress-free. We were also impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning on future trips to this city.

Almost perfect. The only slight drawback was the absence of a microwave in the rooms or anywhere within the hotel. Although this did not personally bother us, we found it to be a bit unusual and unexpected.

The shower essentials were not restocked, the comforter was noticeably dirty, the hotel smelled musty/mildew, and the room smelled like wet rugs. the elevators were not working, forcing us to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor.

The hotel had a great location, close to restaurants and shopping malls. the room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. the staff went above and beyond during a hurricane, offering meals and allowing employees and their families to stay at the hotel.

The service at the front desk was not satisfactory, particularly for guests who were a minority. There were instances where guests of color felt ignored and treated differently.
