The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The staff promptly replaced a faulty fridge. The hotel's location was convenient, close to cafes and restaurants. The beach facilities were fantastic, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

My husband and I had a great visit at Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach. We were amazed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The concierge, Robert, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and had a friendly attitude. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Antonio, who managed to secure last minute dinner reservations for us on New Year's Eve. The hotel and its staff impressed us so much that we will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the accommodations was top-notch. The hotel facilities were impressive, with marble floors and a gorgeous rain shower in our room. The location was perfect, situated in the SOFI area and within easy walking distance of many good restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were very accommodating and provided excellent service.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was situated in a quiet part of South Beach, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. the direct beach access was a major highlight. The staff working on the beach were wonderful and provided excellent service. The fact that they also provided two chairs and an umbrella was a pleasant surprise.

The front desk staff at this hotel left a lot to be desired. They lacked customer service skills and seemed to have zero consideration for the guests.

There were a few issues that detracted from our experience. the volume of music in the poolside restaurant was too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation during dinner.

This hotel is also located in a quieter part of the area, making it the best spot to relax and unwind. The service is top-notch, and the staff here offer great beach service. I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bentley Miami. The location was unbeatable, and the beach club was perfect for a relaxing day by the water. I especially loved the delicious food at the attached Greek restaurant and the happy hour prices. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in the center of all of the prime restaurants to the west coast of Florida from now on. Moreover, it is so close to the beach that you could head back to South Beach in a matter of minutes. The rooms have a wrap-around terrace with clear views of the beach and are spacious. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of options and the service is excellent.

The staff doesn't show much of interest in celebrating special events, and the bathroom could benefit from an update to install a second sink.

The location, accommodations, cleanliness, staff, and food were all impressive. The beach staff were attentive and accommodating. The hotel restaurant was also very impressive.
