We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the accommodations was top-notch. The hotel facilities were impressive, with marble floors and a gorgeous rain shower in our room. The location was perfect, situated in the SOFI area and within easy walking distance of many good restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were very accommodating and provided excellent service.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding, with friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The beach facilities were great, with complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided. The location of the hotel was also excellent, situated in a beautiful part of South Beach with clean beaches and a nice view of downtown Miami.

There were a few issues that detracted from our experience. The volume of music in the poolside restaurant was too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation during dinner. We also had some problems with housekeeping, as our room and balcony were not always cleaned adequately or in a timely manner. Additionally, the lack of ice machines meant we had to call the front desk for ice, which sometimes resulted in delays.

Great beachfront location, peaceful yet easy walk to restaurants and shops. Beautifully scented and clean rooms, with amazing ocean views. I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bentley Miami. The location was unbeatable, and the beach club was perfect for a relaxing day by the water. I especially loved the delicious food at the attached Greek restaurant and the happy hour prices. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in the center of all of the prime restaurants to the west coast of Florida from now on. Moreover, it is so close to the beach that you could head back to South Beach in a matter of minutes. The rooms have a wrap-around terrace with clear views of the beach and are spacious. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of options and the service is excellent.

The staff doesn't show much of interest in celebrating special events, and the bathroom could benefit from an update to install a second sink.

The location, accommodations, cleanliness, staff, and food were all impressive. The beach staff were attentive and accommodating. The hotel restaurant was also very impressive.

I had such a fantastic time at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quieter part of South Beach, right on the beach. It was so convenient to be near everything but still enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, having direct beach access was a bonus that you don't often find in this area.

Had a wonderful stay during the Christmas holidays! The complementary chocolates and hot cider at the entrance was a nice treat. The hotel's location gave us easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The Christmas decorations and live music in the lobby created a cheerful atmosphere that we enjoyed.

The parking fees were quite high, and we had some trouble getting our car from the valet. Additionally, the elevators were slow during peak times, which was frustrating when trying to get to and from our room. Despite these issues, we had an overall enjoyable experience.
