Staying here was a great experience! The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was so close to everything in downtown. The service I received was amazing, the staff was always there for me with room service, dry cleaning, shops and commercial services. The amenities in my room were also excellent, I had everything I needed from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV. The entertainment facilities were also great, the internet connection was quick and they had a leisure room for guests to use.

Our stay at Ac Hotel was a delightful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful with modern and clean rooms. The bathroom had great hardware and the room was very spacious. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a short distance from downtown Worcester. The gym was impressive, providing ample space and equipment for a great workout session. The availability of towels and water bottles added to the overall convenience. The free weights and separate room for privacy were a great touch.

Although parking was a little expensive and there were some minor issues with the room setup and lighting, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.
