I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a quick overnight trip. Fayth, the staff member, provided exceptional customer service and took care of any issues promptly, including arranging access to the sister hotel's pool when theirs wasn't working. The room was clean and comfortable, with adjustable beds and a clean bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, near the interstate and local shops and restaurants. The manager even came to visit me after I had a minor accident in the bathroom. a great experience.

The hotel offered excellent value for money, with reasonably priced rooms and a convenient location close to Aberdeen Proving Grounds. The restaurant exceeded my expectations in terms of food quality, making my dining experience pleasantly surprising. Moreover, the staff members were all pleasant and greeted us with smiles throughout our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was also commendable.

The hotel was very clean, which was a top priority for me. the rooms were spotless and even cleaner than some 4 or 5 star hotels I've stayed in. the location of the hotel was very convenient, just off the highway and close to local shops and restaurants. It made it easy to access everything we needed during our stay. I appreciated the friendly and accommodating front desk staff. They were nice and helpful from the moment of our arrival until we checked out.

The restaurant experience was horrible. We had a reservation for a large party, but it was given away and our meal was a disaster.
