We had a great time during our romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was situated in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a well-maintained pool and fitness room, allowing us to unwind and stay active during our stay.

One downside of our experience was the lack of knowledge and responsiveness from the front desk staff. They seemed uninformed about our reservations and were not able to answer our questions or accommodate our late checkout request.

Good location for our needs, plenty of amenities nearby. Clean, simply furnished rooms with everything necessary. Excellent service from helpful and accommodating staff. Enjoyed the "hydration stations" and meeting the hotel's friendly dogs. Fitness center and lobby were well-maintained and well-equipped.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. Lacey at the front desk was incredibly attentive and sweet, and even comp'd our drinks at the bar. Reesha and Carla at the bar took great care of us on the fabulous patio. Hunter at the Biltmore location was welcoming and provided the best Champagne for my boyfriend's birthday. The staff made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Loved the sleek and modern decor, and the amazing breakfast offered. the hotel had a little store for any forgotten items. the staff, facilities, and overall experience were amazing. the bartender served an unbelievably well, cooked dinner, and the lovely patio was perfect for enjoying takeout meals.

Missing the convenience of room service, especially when traveling with family. Would have liked decaf coffee pods in the room.
