Stylish rooms, comfortable beds. Lovely staff. Nice space to relax and enjoy on-site activities. Interesting conversion of old industrial building. Modern and functional rooms. Lacked windows but may vary. Comprehensive climbing wall, fitness center, skateboard park, outdoor wear outlet, and bike hire center. Ground floor lobby with informal seating, coffee shop. Strong WiFi signal. Industrial design, spacious rooms.

The location of the hotel is great, being so close to downtown. It's convenient for exploring the city and all its attractions. The room is modern and functional, with a unique design that adds character to the stay. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. There is a rooftop bar with a nice view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink after a long day of exploring.

It would have been better if there were more windows in the room to provide natural light and ventilation.

I loved my recent stay at Evo! The lobby had a great energy, and the concierge who helped me was so polite and helpful. The lobby space was really nicely done and had a cool vibe. Plus, I had the pleasure of meeting her adorable dogs!

The location of the hotel was also a highlight. Although the area is undergoing some redevelopment and may be a bit rough around the edges, it's close to a lot of cool restaurants and breweries.

Additionally, the modern and functional rooms, along with the beautifully designed bathroom, provide a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing experience for guests.

The lack of windows in the rooms can make for a claustrophobic and dim ambiance, resembling a jail cell.

As adults, we loved the unique amenities like the on-site rock climbing wall and the discounted access to the retail store. The hotel's industrial interior design perfectly suited the location, creating a cool and trendy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond by upgrading our room when we encountered some issues with our initially assigned room. Additionally, the proximity to downtown and the abundance of restaurants and breweries in the area made it a convenient and exciting place to stay.

Felt safe and secure, no reason to complain.
