my stay at renaissance exceeded my expectations during a romantic date in toledo. the atmosphere was great, and the views from the heights were spectacular. the brunch at brim was surprisingly exceptional, making our mornings really special.

The corner king suite surprised me with its foggy morning views and upgraded amenities. The valet staff was particularly friendly , making an otherwise chaotic experience slightly better.

Check-in was frustrating due to an unprepared room and poor communication at the front desk. I also encountered significant delays with valet service that added unnecessary stress.

The Double Queen Room offered a stunning view, and the cozy bed made it easy to relax. Service was generally attentive, but there were hiccups with valet. The city’s Riverwalk project outside the hotel shows promise for future visits. Dining options at The Heights could be significantly improved.

during my stay, I enjoyed fantastic service at the Brim House, and it was such a treat to dine with beautiful views of the river from the patio, making my mornings extra special while exploring nearby landmarks like Promenade Park and Hensville Park, both just a short stroll away.

The views from the restaurant were spectacular, making dinner a highlight. Valet service left much to be desired, causing frustrating delays. Would recommend checking out the local live music nearby during your stay.

Waking up to a thick fog outside our corner king suite was a cool experience, and the valet staff greeted us with friendly smiles the moment we arrived. I loved unwinding at the rooftop bar with some live music in the background while enjoying the views. Just wish the room had better cabinet handles, but it didn't impact our great time! 😊

Stayed in a Double Queen Room. The bed was super comfy, like really soft, which made it easy to get to sleep. The bathroom was a bit small, but the big windows let in great light and had nice views. I liked the unique rustic and modern decor vibe, it was pretty stylish. The room felt clean, and I appreciated the in-room coffee, even if it wasn’t the best. Definitely a solid stay overall.

The Brim exceeded expectations. The food was hearty, with a breakfast menu that exceeded basic options. I enjoyed the comfortable double queen room. The city is working on a Riverwalk outside, which should enhance the experience. I look forward to returning in the future to see the improvements.

Great free wi-fi and friendly 24-hour reception. Bar area was nice, but room was small.
