Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was situated in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a well-maintained pool and fitness room, allowing us to unwind and stay active during our stay.

One downside of our experience was the lack of knowledge and responsiveness from the front desk staff. They seemed uninformed about our reservations and were not able to answer our questions or accommodate our late checkout request.

Reesha and Carla at the bar took great care of us on the fabulous patio. Hunter at the Biltmore location was welcoming and provided the best Champagne for my boyfriend's birthday.
