We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was for such a cheap price. The hotel facilities were great, with clean rooms and a lovely indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we were able to include it in our room booking for a discounted price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location next to the lake in the Stanhope area was beautiful.

I had a delightful stay at Holiday Inn Budd Lake. The night manager, Anna Karner, went above and beyond to make me feel at home during a snowstorm. The soft beds, extra blankets, and even toothpaste and toothbrush provided made my impromptu overnight stay a relief. The icing on the cake was the excellent breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelettes. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service and comfortable accommodations.

We were happy to have found this hotel, nestled in a Corporate Business Park just off route 80. It was a pleasant surprise and a nice change from the usual Holiday Inn layout. The location was convenient, especially on a hot day, with easy access to the highway. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, leaving a lasting impression. The staff, particularly the female chef, was great and provided excellent service.

This hotel was a great value for money! It had great prices, an awesome location right next to the lake, and was very attentive to detail. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The room with the hot tub was a great touch, and breakfast was included in the price with a variety of options.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant.

Great Stay! the staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in. the room we stayed in was spotless and had a well-appointed bathroom. We were also pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to key attractions and easily accessible. One of the best aspects was the restaurant and bar in the hotel, where we enjoyed a delicious snack and drink in a cozy atmosphere.

We did have some issues during our stay. the lack of handicap railings in the bathroom was disappointing, as it didn't match the photos on the website.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. When our key didn't work for our room, the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue and even offered to move us to a different room. They were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a drop-off area close to the entrance. The staff members were generally nice and polite. The room had comfortable beds and a functioning air conditioner, which was a much-needed relief from the hot weather.
