The small bathrooms could definitely use more storage space!!! Also, some serious thought should be given to better soundproofing. you can hear your neighbors too easily. Lastly, elevator service is far too slow for a place this busy!!!

We visited the main train station and the plaza, both were super close. The rooms are stylish and comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely try the coffee machine. it’s free any time. Recommended!

One downside was the breakfast miscommunication. it wasn’t included as we thought, so be aware of that.
