At Ac Hotel By Marriott Sonoma Wine Country, the friendly staff provided us with an ADA room near the elevators. the immaculate facilities and fantastic location added to the enjoyable experience. the Scandinavian design and vibe, reminiscent of Oslo, felt like a home away from home. the beautiful, accommodating rooms and great snacks in the lobby enhanced our stay.

My stay at the AC Hotel in Santa Rosa was delightful. I especially enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and bars in the railroad Square neighborhood, as well as the well-equipped gym.

This hotel is in a great location, near a large shopping mall and peaceful areas perfect for relaxing. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, making our stay comfortable. The spacious, clean rooms and customer service were the highlight of our trip.

The shower was difficult to use and would result in getting a cold shower.

The hotel offered a gated parking lot, which was free and felt secure. the staff members were friendly and provided good suggestions and directions for nearby restaurants and attractions.

Our room lacked a mini-fridge, which had been specifically requested, and they offered no solution. the cleaning staff attempted to enter our room without knocking, which was unnerving.
