The cook used the same spatula for both veggie and meat omelets without cleaning it off in between. It made me uncomfortable as a vegetarian.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. They addressed my concern about the trash smell on the second floor promptly, although it did take them some time to take care of it.

The room size was excellent, providing ample space for a romantic escape. the hotel's location was key for us, being conveniently close to restaurants and amenities. We really enjoyed the delicious food from the hotel's restaurant, which offered generous portions.

The fluctuating prices were disappointing. As a returning customer, it would have been more convenient if the rates were more consistent.

The breakfast at Embassy Suites was amazing! We loved the variety and the quality of the food. The Manager's Reception was also a great touch, offering complimentary drinks and snacks. The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Jake at the front desk. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel overall was very clean. Special shout out to Tina, the bartender, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and amenities. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for those needing to catch a flight early in the morning. It's located right off the highway and close to the airport, but you don't have to worry about any flight noise. Plus, the rooms are pristine with excellent showers, and the fitness center is upgraded to most hotels. There's also a nice L-shaped couch to relax on while enjoying the nice TVs.

The restaurant may not always be open due to staffing since it's a relatively new hotel.

The hotel lacked proper management, resulting in poor housekeeping service. Some areas of the hotel weren't built with quality, including improperly laid laminate flooring and peeling wallpaper.
