We loved the service from check-in to check-out. The staff was nice, friendly, and informative. The room was clean and spacious, and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with great views. The hotel facilities were modern and didn't feel cold. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept on in a hotel. The pool was amazing, with refreshing saltwater and a convenient location near downtown Spartanburg. We were within walking distance to many top-rated restaurants and village shopping.

I recently stayed at the Ac Hotel in Spartanburg for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is ideally located on the 9th floor facing the town square, providing a great view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a large TV and nice shower amenities. There were plenty of restaurants in the area, including a local brewery across the street. The pool was amazing, with plenty of lounging space, and the rooftop restaurant served delicious food.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown and close to the train line for easy transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was modern and stylish, with a comfortable bed that was the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. The amenities were top-notch, including a rain shower that made up for the lack of a tub. I also appreciated the glasses in the fridge with water - a nice touch!

There was only one small downside to this place: you had to inform housekeeping if you wanted your room cleaned. It would have been nicer if they cleaned the rooms automatically, but overall, it didn't bother me too much.

The customer service was amazing! Debra saved our life and allowed us to do an early check-in. The staff went above and beyond for us, our friend, and our little dog. The pool was amazing, with lots of room to lounge and cool off. The rain shower in the bathroom was a nice touch. The food at the rooftop was awesome!
