The lighting in the room was too dim and the light switches were placed counter intuitively, making it difficult to navigate the room. The pillows were too soft, reducing comfort for a good night's sleep. The TV reception was spotty and there were no grab bars in the bathroom, which made it particularly discomforting for individuals with mobility issues.

The staff at this downtown hotel were amazing. From the valet crew to the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
