Affordable Suites in Statesville was impeccable! the room had a stove, refrigerator, and pull-out couch. Extremely clean with a TV in both the bedroom and living area. Angie was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay comfortable. Great value for the price, and pet-friendly with a large walking area for our dog. Convenient location near amenities.

Chemical smell from cleaners. No coffee pot or pans provided.

The hotel was well, suited for a short stay, offering a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable amenities. Its proximity to a popular activity and a nearby excellent restaurant was convenient. the cleanliness and pet, friendly policy were major advantages.

There were some issues with cleanliness, including an overpowering chemical smell and worn, out couches. Additionally, the initial lack of essential items in the kitchen was inconvenient.

Our room lacked kitchen essentials, but the nearby restaurant Katana saved us. Despite worn-out couches, the friendly property manager promptly fixed our AC issue and even gave a discount. Overall, a convenient and clean stay.

Our stay at Affordable Suites was fantastic! We stayed for a while and found it to be like a cozy apartment, very clean, and conveniently equipped. the staff maintained the property impeccably, making us feel safe and comfortable. the hotel's proximity to amenities and attractions like Emerald Hollow Mine was a bonus. Being pet-friendly with a nominal fee allowed us to bring our dog and enjoy the large walking area behind the hotel.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
