She arranged a room on the first floor for my mother, who has hip problems, and even provided a handicap accessible bathroom. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. Denise also accommodated my morning schedule by opening the office early, allowing me to pay for the rooms and get on the road for breakfast. The location of the hotel is convenient, with restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I had a wonderful experience at Affordable Suites in Shelby and would highly recommend it.
