The property had a well-equipped gym and a beautiful rooftop deck with comfy seating. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great rain head shower. The staff, especially Vincent, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the soundproofing in the apartment, it was almost silent even on New Years Eve. Great location in Midtown, within walking distance of most attractions. the apartment was spacious, with a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

There were a few issues with the payment and reservation process, which caused some confusion. the room we initially received was not what we had booked and was a bit dark and noisy.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city, especially for a first-time visit to NYC. It was near Times Square and close to transportation, making it convenient to go pretty much anywhere on Manhattan. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was dedicated to making us feel comfortable. The breakfast provided was also a nice touch, giving us a good start to our busy days.

Special shoutout to Cesar, whose positive energy was truly inspiring. the unit we stayed in was perfect for traveling with our teenage daughter, with a separate office space. the kitchen was well-equipped and the bed in the main room was incredibly comfortable. the property also had great amenities like a gym and a beautiful rooftop deck.

Morning coffee in the lounge and lots of towels were good perks. the location was also great because we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. We also appreciated the clean rooms and the fact that there was a washer and dryer available for our use.

the coffee in the lounge wasn't available all day, which was inconvenient. We wouldn't stay here again due to these negative factors.
