I recently stayed at Mayan Monkey for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hostel is beautifully designed, with cozy bed cubicles and curtains that provide privacy. The bathrooms are new and clean. The bar and pool deck are great spots to relax and unwind. The location is perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach and easily accessible by bus. The breakfast offered was decent and the beds were comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms had convenient amenities like curtains for privacy and individual plugs. the hostel also provided huge lockers for securely storing bags. the showers were clean and had hot water, which was a huge plus. the included breakfast was tasty, offering options like omelets, toast, fruit, and juice. the hostel's location near the beach made it easy to access different beaches by bus. it was conveniently located near popular clubs.

The noise level in the hostel was a downside, especially for those seeking a quieter atmosphere. the multiple doors between the rooms and the common area didn't do much to mitigate the sound levels.

The rooms were super cozy and the AC was a blessing, especially after a day under the sun. The free WiFi was a game-changer for me, as I like staying connected.

I wish there were more electrical outlets in the room.

I had an amazing experience at the hostel in Cancun! For the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. The room was stylish and the beds were super comfy. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside and the beach just across the street. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, it was a bit confusing and I never knew what was going on. It would be great if there was a designated work area with plugs for laptops, as working in bed wasn't ideal for me.

The bar downstairs at Mayan Monkey is amazing! The view is breathtaking and the atmosphere is vibrant. We had such a great time hanging out there. During my thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. the location of the hotel was excellent as it was easily accessible. the pool was fantastic and I had an incredible time swimming in it.

I did not have a great experience with the staff at the bar. the food was not up to the mark and the service was quite slow.

This gives guests the opportunity to participate in fun activities during their stay. the staff at the hostel were very friendly and helpful, making guests feel at home and providing great assistance whenever needed.

The hostel can be very loud, especially when it is fully occupied. This can make it difficult to find a quiet spot, especially with limited community spaces available.

The view from my room with the terrace was absolutely stunning. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making sure that everything was taken care of. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its attention to detail, basic amenities, and included breakfast.

We stayed in a hotel with great access to party areas and a beautifully clean public beach. The location was ideal to bike or walk to different attractions, including the Jardin del Arte. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. They had power sockets next to the beds, a safe, two TVs and ample luggage space. The facilities were a plus point, with friendly staff and a clean terrace with amazing views.

Artistic and cool decor. Clean showers and bathrooms. Perfect location near beach and nightlife. Friendly and helpful staff. 'Pod-style' beds with personal light and power switch. Colorful decorations throughout.

The public bus stop right outside is convenient for getting around. The beach is just across the street, perfect for some sun and sand!
