I recently stayed at Mayan Monkey for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hostel is beautifully designed, with cozy bed cubicles and curtains that provide privacy. The bathrooms are new and clean. The bar and pool deck are great spots to relax and unwind. The location is perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach and easily accessible by bus. The breakfast offered was decent and the beds were comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at the hostel in Cancun! For the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. The room was stylish and the beds were super comfy. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside and the beach just across the street. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, it was a bit confusing and I never knew what was going on. It would be great if there was a designated work area with plugs for laptops, as working in bed wasn't ideal for me.

The location of this hostel is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is also a shopping mall within a 5-minute walk, which is convenient for shopping. the hostel offers a variety of activities every day, such as morning yoga, cooking lessons, salsa lessons, and table tennis. This gives guests the opportunity to participate in fun activities during their stay. the staff at the hostel were very friendly and helpful, making guests feel at home and providing great assistance whenever needed.

The hostel can be very loud, especially when it is fully occupied. This can make it difficult to find a quiet spot, especially with limited community spaces available.

The hotel facilities were great, with a pool and common areas that offered a nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Hector at the reception. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast provided was basic but good. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel is super close to one of the best beaches, literally across the road. The location is amazing, with local buses right outside and easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for one person who was a bit arrogant during breakfast service. The daily breakfast was a nice perk, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel had a lovely bar with a great view of the lake, and the prices for lunch and drinks were reasonable.

As a solo female traveler, I had a comfortable and easy stay at Mayan Monkey. The spacious and clean room in the 10-bed female dorm was perfect for me. The 24/7 reception was a lifesaver when I had to check out at 4am and the staff helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, nightclubs, restaurants, and supermarkets. The bar had delicious food and drinks, and I had the chance to meet some wonderful people during my stay.
