The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even helping me with my luggage and making phone calls for me. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, making me feel safe as a solo traveler. They had a separated kitchen and bathroom, with everything you need for cooking and a nice shower with free towel and toiletries. There were also great amenities like free coffee, tea, and fruits available 24/7. The location was also safe and convenient.

Felt super comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.

The room had a cozy feeling and was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were always clean. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to Union Square, Chinatown, and the financial district. It's also within walking distance of popular landmarks like Fisherman's Wharf. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and there were even fruits available for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for its great value and friendly service.

One minor drawback was a squeaky bed, but it didn't bother me much. There were also some homeless people in the neighborhood, but I still felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evening.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was fantastic with big, comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchen inside. The decorations, especially for music lovers, were amazing. They even had a studio for bands. The location was perfect, with easy access to buses, scooters, and the famous cable car. There were plenty of bars, clubs, and snack places nearby. The staff gave us a warm welcome and even gave us free concert tickets at the adjacent concert hall. a fantastic experience!

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The staff were very friendly and offered great tips on things to do in the city. the room was cleaned daily, including the bathroom, which was a nice touch. Having a fridge in the room allowed me to save money by buying food from the grocery store. the location was also excellent, with easy access to attractions like Chinatown, Japantown, and Union Square.

On my first night, there was a lot of noise coming from other guests in the hotel. It seemed like there were people partying all night and there was no staff around to handle the situation.

It was situated in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and cozy. Even though they were small, they had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great customer service.

There were a few aspects of my experience that I didn't particularly enjoy. there were not enough restrooms available, especially during peak times.

They even helped me with my luggage and made sure I felt safe during my solo travels. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep. Plus, they had a kitchen that was well-equipped, making it convenient for longer stays.

The only downside was the noise from the club below, which can be a bit disturbing at night. However, if you're a fan of music like me, then it's not really a problem.
