The room furniture was new and good, and the food was tasty. The staff was nice and friendly. The gym captain, Mohamed, was extremely friendly and helpful. Mr. Mahmoud from the reception was also very helpful when we wanted to switch our breakfast to sohur due to fasting. The beach and pool were amazing. The food had good variety for dinner.

The beach location is nice, with the hotel just a short walk away. The staff is helpful and the food in the main restaurant is good. There are activities throughout the day, keeping guests entertained. On the beach, you can enjoy the beautiful sand and clear water.

The minibar recharger is lazy and takes a long time to fulfill requests.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the Spa & wellness centre to the swimming pool area, where we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. After relaxing in the sauna, we walked to the beach access where we received body scrubs and massages that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The Spa lounge was also impressive, with body wraps and beauty treatments that made our stay even more luxurious. The entertainment at this hotel was top-notch, and we enjoyed spending time on the sun terrace and lounging in the garden area.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was with the breakfast buffet, which had a limited variety of food. Despite this, the restaurant staff provided excellent service, and we enjoyed dining in the bar/lounge area and trying the Italian restaurant.

The breakfast had a nice selection of pastries and juices, and the staff at the pool were very friendly. The location was great, right by the beach with a beautiful view. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus.

The room smelled musty and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The sheets had a few stains on them, and the towels in the bathroom were old and worn.
