As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near JFK and Flushing, with plenty of restaurant options. Easy access to highways and bus options to the subway. Comfortable queen beds and spacious glass showers with natural light. The room amenities like mini-fridge, hair dryer, and DryBar toiletries were appreciated. The sliding barn door with a full-length mirror added a nice touch. Friendly staff and a great bartender at the in-house bistro. The airport shuttle service was reliable.

Some of the staff members are not easily identifiable and can be unhelpful at times.

Lacking in staff hospitality.

This hotel was perfect for a quick stay before a flight. The rooms were really well designed with frosted glass windows and real blackout curtains, so we slept really well. All the essentials were provided, which made our lives easier. And, even though we had to pay a high rate, breakfast was included and had reasonable prices.
