Clean and soft beds made for a comfortable stay. the location, right in front of the airport, was super convenient for my business trip. Having a modern room with a fridge and microwave was a nice bonus.

The air conditioning system in the room was a major issue as it only seemed to have two settings, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the noise from the nearby highway was very loud, impacting my ability to rest peacefully.

The rooms at Aloft are clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is super convenient, right across from the airport and close to the freeway entrance. Despite being in a busy area, the property is surprisingly quiet. The hotel is brand new and well-maintained. They even accept dogs, including breeds that are often not allowed at other places. The rooms have great lighting and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The air conditioning works well and the shades block out all sunlight.

The staff were friendly, professional and efficient, and the room was properly stocked with necessary disposable items. The bed was comfortable with plenty of accessible outlets to charge electronic devices.

My kids had their birthday during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special for them. They decorated the room with birthday decorations and even gave them cupcakes. The attention to detail and personal touch is what sets Aloft apart. I highly recommend this hotel.

Didn’t dislike anything.

The hotel was in a great location for our romantic escape, with easy access to local attractions. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with some nice extra touches like great coffee and fluffy towels. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

the shuttle service was not reliable when we arrived late, which meant we had to pay for a taxi instead. While these were minor issues, they did detract from an overall positive experience.
