My family and I recently stayed at a condo in Myrtle Beach and it exceeded our expectations. The pictures and description didn't mention the top loft, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, within easy reach of the beach, stores, and shops. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. We particularly enjoyed the screened-in front porch. The appliances in the condo were excellent and overall, it was a very nice experience. Next time, I would definitely choose to rent this condo again.

The key pick-up was easy at the main office, and the location was just two blocks from the beach. The community pool was great and the area was friendly. The condo had a cozy feel, despite being a little dated, and the screened porch balcony with table and seating was a nice touch. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor pools, which were easily accessible and unexpected after what we walked into.

The indoor and outdoor pools were very clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious and had a washer and dryer, which was convenient for us. we had a pleasant experience at Heron Pointe.

The first issue was that they charged my card for the full stay before I even arrived, even though it was only supposed to be a hold. Additionally, there were noise disturbances from the neighboring room until 4 am, and when I reported it to the staff, they just advised me to call the police.
