The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, as seen in the General Manager's prompt response to a forgotten item and quick mailing.

The breakfast selection is limited and not worth the additional cost.

We had a great stay at this place! The hotel is conveniently located just off the restaurant and close to many restaurants. The staff at the receptionist were very welcoming and tried to accommodate our requests. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus. We also enjoyed the dining options at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area. The swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a long day. this hotel provided excellent service and enhanced comfort.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area, where we enjoyed lounging in the cabanas and feeling like we were at a resort. The staff at Aloft were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The bartender was particularly awesome, not only serving us drinks by the pool but also bringing food over to us. The front desk manager even went the extra mile by giving my friend free drink coupons for her birthday. With these amazing experiences, I can't wait to come back to Aloft for a relaxing staycation.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was amazing, with many great restaurants and stores close by. I also loved the outside area just off the restaurant, it was a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The staff at the receptionist were fantastic, they really tried to accommodate our requests. The leisure pool was also a great facility that I enjoyed. The free Wi-Fi was fast and worked well. The room amenities like the tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities and mini-bar really made me feel at home.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all patrons, even in the face of difficult and rude guests. Their level of professionalism and constant smiling was incredible. The breakfast, particularly the food and service provided by Maria, was excellent. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with shops across the road and small restaurants within a 5-minute walk. it was a great experience.

The hotel was conveniently located near gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was also close to attractions like the Winchester Mystery House. The key card system made us feel safe and secure.

Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near popular attractions and dining options, making it easy for us to enjoy everything San Jose had to offer.
