Friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere.

During my stay, I encountered some significant noise issues. A party in a nearby room disrupted my evening, and despite notifying the front desk, the disturbance continued for hours, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the breakfast was just average, lacking more appealing options like fresh pastries or cooked to order items, which was disappointing given the expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The evening kickback was a delightful surprise, complete with complimentary drinks which made our dinner feel special. The friendly bartender and live music added a nice touch to the overall ambiance during our stay.

I had a lot of issues during my stay. I booked a room expecting the rooftop hot tub to be available, but upon arrival, I found it out of service. Additionally, my room was not ready until after the designated check-in time, and it was not clean, which was disappointing.

Consider requesting a river-view room for beautiful scenery. The evening kickback with complimentary drinks is a great way to unwind after exploring the area.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Riverwalk and great views. My room was quite small and had too much furniture. Staff were friendly and attentive during my stay, making me feel welcome.

Had a great time at this hotel. The Deluxe King Room was spacious and clean. It came with all the essentials like a fridge, microwave, and flat-screen TV. The pool area was nice, and I loved the hot tub after a long day. The breakfast spread was solid, and the location near the Riverwalk is a plus!

Fantastic hotel, fantastic views, especially from the river-view rooms, and the complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks added an enjoyable touch to our evenings after exploring the city.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview Wichita. The breathtaking views of the Arkansas River from my spacious room were a highlight. The staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring my needs were met. Both breakfast and the evening kickback provided delicious meals and friendly service that made me feel valued.

The parking fee could be highlighted better.

We visited the local art museum and checked out a fun escape room. The Kickback buffet in the evenings was a hit, and breakfast had plenty of choices. Staff were super friendly, and everything was clean and safe. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun stay with friends!

One downside was that the rooftop hot tub was out of service during our visit, which was a bummer after a long day exploring.

The room was spacious and super comfy! I loved having separate sleeping quarters for the baby. The bathroom was huge with a nice tub and shower combo. Bonus, extra blankets were already available, and the whole place was really quiet. The river view from my room added a cool touch! So glad we chose this hotel for our family trip.

My stay in the Deluxe King Room was great! The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the bathroom was huge with a separate tub and shower—absolutely loved it. The breakfast spread was solid, and I enjoyed the evening kickbacks with drinks and food, even though the hot dogs weren't great. The river view from the room was a nice bonus, making it feel more special. Only downside was one elevator being out of service, which made getting around a bit slow. But still, I had a fantastic time!

Our experience was superb—the hotel is beautifully renovated, with delicious breakfast options and friendly staff ensuring we felt right at home. Plus, the Kickback evening was delightful!
