I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that made me feel right at home. The ambiance at this classy establishment was top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were cozy and inviting. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the little extra touches. From the handwritten note and chocolate on my pillow to the delicious continental breakfast, the staff at Ambrose went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even offered happy hour with local beer and wine as a pleasant surprise. The hotel's convenient location and complimentary amenities, such as bikes and shuttle service, truly enhanced my experience. The attentive and friendly staff were always available to assist with any request or provide restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return after their renovations are complete.

Outstandingly friendly staff, including Peyton at the front desk. Great location near Santa Monica State Beach. Comfy, clean, and easily accessible.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and eager to help. We felt welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. They even retrieved and returned some items we left behind in the room. The check-in process was smooth, and the lobby service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, with a large TV and good WiFi. We also enjoyed the complimentary hotel shuttle that took us to the Santa Monica Visitor Center near the pier. a delightful experience!

The staff are excellent - always ready to help and know how to answer any request. The location is great, just a short stroll to the seafront and they offer a free car service. The atmosphere is relaxing and the breakfast spread is impressive. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. The toiletries are nice and there is a good-sized gym.

The amenities provided were excellent, including a fitness center and a library. I had a productive business meeting after a relaxing weekend here.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a peaceful Santa Monica neighborhood. The bakery across the street was amazing - their baked goods were a highlight of my stay. The hotel itself was modern and comfortable with excellent service. The room had a spacious bathroom and cozy bed, while the included breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel offered free bicycles for exploring the area.

There was no safe in the room, which made me feel uneasy about leaving my valuables.

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of delicious pastries and healthier options available. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a quieter street but still within walking distance of popular attractions.

There were a couple of issues during our stay. the bathroom door was a bit loud and could be bothersome when opening and closing.

We especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The location of this hotel in a nice neighborhood and its proximity to the fitness center were added bonuses.
