Friendly owners, comfortable bed and pillows. Grab n go breakfast with coffee, tea, granola bars, fruits, pastries. Dog-friendly, good fridge in rooms. Great location near grocery stores, distillery, food trucks. Clean room, hair conditioner in the shower. Recommended for future stays.

The owners and staff at Black Mountain Inn were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. the comfortable bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. the grab n go breakfast with a variety of items was convenient. the resident kitty, "James Bond," added a charming touch to our visit. the history of the hotel was fascinating to learn about.

Room needed renovation; wallpaper coming off.

Staff was friendly and accepting of dogs, which was a nice touch. Room had a good fridge and coffee maker. Conveniently located across from grocery stores and a distillery. Clean and comfortable room with hair conditioner in the shower , a rare find!

Place felt run down with musty smell. Needed renovations , wallpaper peeling, trim damaged.

Staying at the cozy inn was a pleasant experience. the comfortable bed and clean bathroom were a delight. the breakfast spread with granola bars and fresh fruits was a nice touch. Oh, and the friendly resident kitty made my stay even better. I was pleasantly surprised by the unique history of the property. the carpet, though a bit smelly, didn't take away from the overall positive experience. I noticed a bit of wear and tear, but it didn't dampen my enjoyment. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for a quiet and quaint stay packed with unique charm.

My family and I stayed at the charming Black Mountain Inn for a weekend getaway. the staff at check-in was warm and accommodating, offering us the use of the pool even after checkout due to thunderstorms. the location was perfect, with grocery stores, food trucks, and a distillery nearby. the clean and comfortable room, complete with a microwave and coffee machine, was a delightful retreat. Having conditioner in the shower was a pleasant surprise!

I do recommend this hotel.
