Remarkable service from Ms Behrens to guarantee the success of an event hosted in the building, demonstrating kindness and helpfulness. The whole staff was efficient, concerned, and friendly, especially the breakfast crew who provided delicious and plentiful food. Rooms were well-designed to meet different needs.

As an overnight traveler passing through, I stayed at Residence Inn. The room was spacious and spotless, with excellent A/C. Located on Broadway, there were plenty of great restaurants to choose from nearby. The hotel staff, especially Ms. Behrens, went above and beyond to ensure the success of the Baby Shower I hosted. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of delicious options. The grounds were well-maintained and the shower pressure was fantastic. a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The shower pressure was amazing, just like in the pictures online. the hotel had a great location, in a safe-feeling part of town. the lobby and bar area were comfortable and inviting.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were dirty sheets with hair on them and a dirty fridge.

The room was modern and well-designed, allowing for separate activities without disturbance. The full kitchen was a bonus. The breakfast offered a variety of healthy options and was exceptionally good. The staff at the front desk were friendly, making check-in fast and easy.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with convenient parking for our vehicle. The general facility was nice and well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lights in the room being a bit dim and the quality of the breakfast not being amazing, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Residence Inn in Tyler was perfect for our family. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just outside the 323 loop. The grounds were well-maintained and pleasing to the eye. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of options including two types of scrambled eggs, ham, vegetable frittata, tortillas, waffles. We never left the breakfast area hungry! The staff were also very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
