We had an incredible stay at Hacienda! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with a luxurious bed and shower. We especially loved the refreshing pool. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Hacienda to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Merida.

The city center is easily accessible by foot, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are beautifully decorated with the charm of a colonial style boutique hotel. The beds are comfortable, providing a restful sleep experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering plenty of tips on places to visit. The breakfast, although not included in the room rate, is reasonably priced and excellent. The pool and garden area provide a lovely oasis for relaxation.

Some of the rooms may have weak Wi-Fi signal and occasional dropouts, which can be inconvenient for those needing reliable internet access.

The hotel had a nice charming design and local style with an old atmosphere. the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. the location was convenient, within a 5 to 10-minute walk from the main plaza. Additionally, the staff was nice and helpful.

On Saturday night, there was some noise from a nearby bar that could be heard in the hotel, which could disturb sensitive sleepers. Some of the fixtures and fittings in the rooms could use updating, such as a malfunctioning coffee machine and weak TV signal.

The staff, especially Isaak, Albert, and Elizabeth, were always friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, and Alberto's fluency in English made communication easy. The huge bedrooms in the VIP part of the hotel were comfortable and spacious. Despite a few drawbacks, like the lack of a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities in the room, I would still recommend this hotel for its overall charm and hospitality. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful and memorable stay.

As a solo traveler, I loved the hotel's beautiful swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs, and the spacious bathroom with excellent toiletries. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center with free parking available. The breakfast choices were excellent and worth the additional cost. The staff were professional, friendly, and always went above and beyond to assist.
