My recent stay at Aria was fantastic! I stayed for three nights for a work trip and I was impressed with the recent remodeling. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. I also appreciated the two chairs in the room, especially the comfortable office chair that provided great support. Additionally, there were multiple work surfaces which were perfect for using electronic equipment.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also a key factor for us. It was conveniently situated between downtown Castro and Shoreline, making it easy for us to explore and attend concerts. Lastly, we appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable.

the phone in our room did not work, and when we reported the issue at the front desk, the staff did not address our concerns effectively. The lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating.
