The value for the money was great, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient. The staff treated us very well and were friendly throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have offered more variety and options.

Clean, quiet, and safe! The front desk at Best Value Inn was super friendly and accommodating. They were very kind and attentive throughout my stay. The option to add on bunk beds for the night was a huge help with my kids. Great value for the size and amenities.

The pool was unfortunately closed during my stay, and the coffee was a little weak. On one day when the hotel was full, the maids didn't come to give us clean towels.

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, bright and comfortable room. Complimentary breakfast unavailable but slept well on king size bed. Problem-free Wi-Fi, great television selection, cold mini-fridge. One night stay for $64 was a great value. Will definitely return!

I recently stayed at Americas Best Value Inn for one night during my trip to Pendleton. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, organized, and had a brand new microwave and fridge. I loved the small details like the travel binder with local information and coupons. The breakfast selection was good and the price was decent. it was the nicest inexpensive room I've ever stayed in.

I made a reservation with Best Value Inn and upon arrival, they greeted me by name! It felt awesome and personalized. the property may not be the most modern, but it's clean, comfortable, and gives a sense of safety and warmth. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Despite oversleeping until noon, the cleaners were understanding and reassured me that it was not a problem. the WiFi worked flawlessly, which was a big plus. the location is perfect, right in town and close to everything. it was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near a park for dog walks, several restaurants within walking distance, friendly front-desk attendants, on-site parking, pet-friendly.
