Coffee at breakfast was disappointing. views were stunning.

Ventilation noise affected my sleep at night.

Every morning, I enjoyed waking up to breathtaking views of Lyon. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great selection that fueled my adventures around the city. The hotel’s location made it easy to access public transport and explore nearby attractions.

However, I faced delays at dinner when my main course was forgotten, causing awkward moments with my friends. Another issue was the unresponsive staff regarding a double charge on my card, which left a sour taste after an otherwise good stay.

I was quite frustrated with the air conditioning, which was poorly regulated and fixed at a sweltering 27.5 degrees. Despite bringing this up multiple times at the reception, no solution was provided. Additionally, the small size of the rooms and cramped toilet area definitely did not meet my expectations for a Radisson property.

So, the view from my room was just amazing,, like a postcard come to life! And when I arrived, the receptionist was super friendly, took the time to explain everything,, I felt welcomed right away.

It wasn't exactly bargain-priced,, but still acceptable for what you got.
