Always happy here. First time, staff recommended good food. Place suits me: Wi-Fi, free parking, outdoor pool, laundry. TV, sun loungers. No pets. A/C. No smoking. Returning for Xmas.

During my stay, easy access to route 24 made transportation a breeze. the hotel's serene surroundings were perfect to relax amidst the mountains. the staff was accommodating, making my experience exceptionally pleasant. the proximity to downtown shops and restaurants allowed for a quick walk to explore the area.

Our stay at Villa Motel was delightful. the comfortable bed and convenient location near the free shuttle made exploring easy. We enjoyed the cozy room with a Keurig for morning coffee. Overall, a pleasant experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Just stayed at a motel in Manitou Springs and it was fantastic! the staff were really friendly and the check-in process was super easy. the room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities like a jacuzzi tub, a huge mini fridge, and Xfinity TV. the location was also perfect, within walking distance of downtown Manitou Springs. Definitely recommend checking out this motel if you're planning to stay in the area.

Booked two rooms last minute and the staff was super helpful. The king size bed was really comfortable and the rooms felt spacious. Easy walking distance to downtown and a nice park nearby. enjoyed the small pool and hot tub.

Reserved a cabin but was "upgraded" to a regular room with no heat. The room lacked a slide bar or chain lock on the door, which made us feel unsafe.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient downtown location and the clean and spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and the little details like the historic photos added charm. a great value for the price!
