I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were very helpful and accommodating throughout my entire stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated having a microwave and fridge/freezer in my room. The location was also great, as it was conveniently close to the freeway to LA, Little Saigon, bus lines, Huntington Pier.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing, always friendly and accommodating. They ensured our privacy and made us feel comfortable during our entire stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were also big and very clean. The location was ideal, close to many good restaurants and the freeway to LA. We were also conveniently close to Little Saigon, bus lines, and Huntington pier. The parking at the hotel was great, with ample space available. the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. They were accommodating when I had to check out a day early, refunding me the full amount with no fee. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the WiFi was reliable. I also appreciated the privacy I had during my stay, as the staff did not constantly watch my every move. Additionally, the early check-in option was a great convenience, allowing me to settle in a few hours earlier than other hotels.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Princess Inn. The location was convenient, being near the 405 and shopping areas. The room was clean and the shower was great. The TV channels and reception were excellent, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Despite some minor inconveniences such as limited parking and noisy neighbors, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The room was missing a hair dryer, but it was quickly resolved by switching bedrooms. The presence of a fridge and microwave was convenient. There were sufficient clean towels available. The staff, especially Nick and Ben, were extremely friendly and helpful. Driving guests will feel at home with their excellent interpersonal skills.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly staff and the homely atmosphere at Princess Inn. The room we booked was spacious and perfect for families, with a suite style layout. The location was also great as it was close to Disneyland and Little Saigon. Despite the building being a bit old, the room itself was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable and overall, it was a pleasant stay.

They went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I felt at home. The location was convenient, especially for those who are driving. We truely missed the interpersonal people skills of Nick and Ben during our stay.

I recently stayed at the Princess Inn for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and quiet, making it easy to relax. The elevator made it convenient to transport my luggage to my spacious room. The staff, especially Nick and Ben, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Despite a major issue during my stay, the staff was accommodating and did their best to resolve the problem. I truly appreciate their efforts and highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel and I found the facilities to be clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the presence of a ceiling fan in the room, which is not always offered in other hotels. The customer service was also great, with an easy check-in and check-out process.

The hotel staff seemed to be unorganized and unresponsive. I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes at the front desk during check-in until someone could assist me.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Nick and Ben. They were flexible and went above and beyond to assist us. We felt right at home, especially since we were driving. Nick and Ben's interpersonal people skills were exceptional, and our family truly missed them during our stay.
