We had a fantastic stay at America's Cup Inn. The room we stayed in was exceptional and the perfect size for our needs. We were even able to bring our two furry friends along for the vacation. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back again soon.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The parking situation was a bit challenging, as it was difficult to find a nearby spot and we had to pay for parking.

As a solo traveler, I loved the size of my room and the perfect location. I felt very safe and the place was very clean. The breakfast options were impressive, with gluten-free bread and options for those on a lower carb diet. The inn had tons of charm and the staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating.

Felt like at home, no complaints at all.

The charming and cozy atmosphere of the hotel really added to our experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated with unique antiques, giving it a nostalgic feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us with our luggage and even assisting with parking arrangements. We also couldn't get enough of the delicious breakfast spread, which included fresh fruits, bagels, and English muffins. we loved the central location, the antiquated charm, and the wonderful staff at America's Cup Inn.

I recently stayed at America's Cup Inn for a weekend getaway. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the cobblestoned shopping area and just a short walk to the waterfront. The hotel had a charming, old-world feel that made us feel like we had stepped back in time. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious and reminded us of our travels in Europe. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and professional. Plus, they even gave us vouchers for breakfast, which was a great bonus. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this place and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants in the area. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the room amenities. We had a comfortable sitting area, terrace, and dining table in our room. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We also enjoyed the sun terrace and spa center. this hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Centrally located, the inn offered a beautiful view of the brick market area. Rooms had large, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea were a pleasant surprise. Staff were friendly and made helpful suggestions on local activities and restaurants. a cozy and comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel made it very convenient for us to explore the town. We were able to easily visit the museum, harbor, and other attractions within walking distance. Our room was clean, and breakfast was included with a nice selection of food. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with directions.

The location of this charming Inn was perfect for exploring Newport. The breakfast spread was exceptional with something for everyone! Although there is no elevator, the staff was helpful in carrying our luggage to the 4th floor. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this Inn.

Stayed at this lovely Inn for a city break and it was a great choice. the complementary snack time and breakfast were outstanding and definitely exceeded my expectations. the key attraction of this Inn is definitely its location which is in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. the service was top-notch - the staff was always welcoming, helpful, and eager to assist us with anything we needed.

While the location was great, the downside was that it could get loud at times especially on weekends, which made it tough to sleep, but this is to be expected when staying in a key location. parking could be a bit of a hassle, as there is no hotel parking lot and you have to park in a public lot across the street.

Convenient location for parking and exploring nearby attractions like Bowens Wharf and trolley pick up. Cozy and well-maintained with friendly staff who take pride in their work. Generous and delicious breakfast. Affordable rates, especially in December. Hoping to return in warmer weather.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling, and we loved the added bonus of the coffee/tea happy hour in the afternoon. the hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the waterfront and all the nearby attractions.

The location of this hotel was great, with easy walking distance to restaurants and the harbor area. the breakfast spread was overwhelming and delicious, offering a wide variety of options including meats, eggs, pancakes, fruits. Additionally, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my allergies, letting me choose between two possible rooms - a really appreciated gesture.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the lack of dedicated parking for guests was a problem, especially in the afternoons.

This hotel is right in the heart of town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all that downtown Newport has to offer. The location alone is worth the stay! The rooms with 2 double beds are perfect for families or groups, providing ample space and comfort. Additionally, the breakfast spread is impressive, offering a large assortment of goodies that are included in the price of your stay.

The only downside was a minor issue that could be improved upon.
