This hotel is superbly located right in the heart of the town opposite the harbor, in walking distance to attractions and close enough to old town. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is great with good variety. The pool and hot tub are relaxing after a day exploring the area. The hotel offers nice services like bed turn-down in the evening.

One negative aspect is that the wifi signal can be weak, but other than that, this hotel is a great place to stay for a budget-minded traveler.

This hotel was in a terrific location, right across the street from the trolleys, which made it easy to get around. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist to the housekeepers. I loved the extra turn down service in the evening, and the new towels were a nice touch. The room was clean, and the patio was a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. The restaurant and bar area were great, and the breakfast had a nice variety, perfect for picky eaters like me.

The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to all our favorite St. Augustine sights and attractions. The staff went above and beyond, providing small containers of milk for our kids, saving us from having to battle the cold weather to find a convenience store late at night. We appreciated their friendliness and accommodation.

The breakfast was yummy, loved the little cheese omelette! the location couldn't be better, everything was walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Plus, the tour guide for the San Sebastian winery was great! the best part was the tour guide for the Haunted Trolley, Thomas. He was a lot of fun, made us laugh and we had a great time!

The parking was tight in their lot, and they charged $5 per day for it. the AC was cool but not cold enough, so if you like it freezing, it might bother you.
