The location was simply fantastic, close to both London Bridge and the Shard. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of options served promptly and deliciously. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially at the bar, which had a vibrant atmosphere and great drinks.

However, there were a few hiccups during my stay. The check-in process felt a bit disorganized, and I was disappointed that I couldn't access the lounge due to my membership status. Also, the breakfast area could’ve been better organized, as replenishing food took longer than expected.

the hilton had a great location, just a short walk from the shard and kings university. the staff in the executive lounge were amazing, especially victoria. they made sure all our food was safe due to our allergies. i loved the small fitness room with plenty of equipment to use!

Our family loved the dedicated Kids Breakfast experience, making mornings fun for the kids! The staff was super accommodating by providing a fantastic kids menu, ensuring that our meals were enjoyable. It was great to see how friendly and welcoming everyone was throughout our stay.

My wife says that a small play area would have been great for our kids.

We love the fantastic location right in front of the train station! It makes accessing main attractions super easy. The lounge area offers stunning views, although seating can be a bit limited. Our room had a breathtaking view of the Shard, and the breakfast spread was excellent, especially the omelet station!

had an amazin stay at hilton london tower bridge! super comfy room with a great view of the shard and there was enough plug sockets for all my gadgets which is a huge plus. the breakfast was really tasty with plenty of options. the hotel was in a perfect spot, close to the tube and a bunch of nice places to eat by the river. staff were super friendly and helpful, makin everything easy for us.

the mini bar prices were kinda ridiculous, like £4.20 for a can of coke, and the toaster at breakfast was way too slow.

We loved the special Kids Menu, making meals fun for the little ones! The hotel really catered to our large group of 20, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The bar had a lively vibe, and we enjoyed great breakfasts at Jamie's Italian.

In my wife’s opinion, a pool would have been great for our kids.

The location was perfect just a short stroll to great spots like the Shard and the market. The staff were really friendly and even surprised us with a sweet treat for my partner’s birthday it felt special.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.
