We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, situated across from the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city and even visit the 02 area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sitting area. We especially enjoyed the terrace, which offered amazing views of the city at night. The hotel also provided excellent service, with options for room service and laundry. our experience here was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of popular attractions and close to public transportation. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. the restaurant/bar had a limited menu and the food was average at best.

This place is in a perfect location, right across from the train station and just a few minutes away from the Thames and the Shard. The staff here were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. They even had hand sanitizer readily available at the reception, which was very thoughtful. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet, despite being in a busy part of town. It had everything I needed and more, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. I also appreciated the free toiletries in the bathroom and the comfortable sitting area. the amenities and services provided here were top-notch!

Location was fantastic, with shops and food outlets just outside the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially for my autistic child. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with a lovely bath for my little one.

Some members of our group found the bar prices to be quite high, with expensive drinks like wine costing £14 per glass. The pillows on the beds were way too soft and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The friendly and welcoming staff, especially the waiting staff. The excellent value for money, especially for long-term parking.

Great location for Shard lunch, sufficient room facilities, comfortable and good shower. Breakfast buffet offers plenty of choice, some "hot" food could be warmer. Helpful, pleasant and efficient staff.
