The check-in process was quick and the staff was super friendly. The suite was exceptional, with a separate living room and bedroom, and two TVs. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was huge with a relaxing hot tub. Special shout-out to Jessica for excellent customer service.

We had a recently refurbished room with new carpeting and appliances. The hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was really nice and responded well to every request. The breakfast had lots of options. Free internet and a safe suburban environment. I'll recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay with great amenities and friendly staff.

The morning crew is awesome! The location is convenient and the breakfast is always good. Loved the separation of the living room and bedroom in the suite, as well as the two TVs. The pool area is huge and the hot tub is relaxing. Customer service from Jessica was great.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the AmericInn in Sartell. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view from the operational window. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and a perfect way to relax. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the breakfast was good, it was sometimes hard to find a variety of options available after 9 am. Additionally, there were a few small issues with the TV channel list not being clear and some challenges with the check-in process.

Nothing not too like

Our stay at Americinn was pleasant. The morning crew was awesome and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious, with updated amenities. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The staff, especially Jason and Kirsten, were friendly and attentive to our needs. we had a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

There were a few drawbacks. The beds were not very comfortable, and it took two days to resolve an issue we had.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the St Cloud area that was a perfect base for exploring the surroundings. The location was right off the highway, making it convenient to get around town. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet and secluded area, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering local recommendations and even looking up a nearby health food store for me. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a mini-fridge that had a real freezer, perfect for keeping ice packs.

The breakfast offerings could have been better stocked. Although the breakfast hours were until 10 am, some items like waffle mix, butter, and cream cheese were not replenished when they ran out.

Cleanliness, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, enjoyable stay, good rest, memory loss accommodations.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the lobby and breakfast areas were clean and well-maintained. the room we stayed in had a larger fridge than what I usually see in hotels, which was a pleasant surprise. the beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a Subway, McDonald's, and another restaurant within walking distance.

One downside was that the breakfast ended at 9 am and by the time I went down, there was no food or coffee left. I informed the front desk, but even at 9:30 am, there was no replenishment.

I was impressed by the hotel's quick actions when bed bugs were found in my room. They immediately moved me to a clean room and gave me a free night's stay. The location was convenient and breakfast was decent. I would recommend this hotel.
