I recently stayed at a hotel in Kennewick and had a wonderful experience. the location of the hotel is great, with easy access to major Kennewick businesses, local government offices, and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room, with amenities such as a nice shower, comfortable beds, and a good amount of coffee for all occupants. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and added a wonderful touch to my stay. I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is great and close to shopping, restaurants, major businesses, and government offices. The rooms are clean and big with a nice workspace, sitting area, and huge bathroom. The breakfast had a large variety and was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were resort-level, with great amenities like a k-cup maker and microwave. The hotel's interior was amazing, despite the outside appearance. The location was perfect, right next to the convention center, Toyota Center, restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The staff was professional, friendly, and provided above-average customer service.

The rooms at this hotel are resort-level with great amenities. The design is nice, with an excellent work area and plenty of lighting. The rooms are also incredibly clean, one of the cleanest I've ever seen. They are beautiful and comfortable, providing a great atmosphere for a stay.

Breakfast is lacking in quality, particularly the powdered eggs. It could be improved with a greater variety of options and adding lactose-free milk.

My stay at Springhill Suites was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with separate sitting areas and a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom had modern fixtures and a large walk-in shower. What amazed me the most was the noise isolation - even though the hotel was fully booked, I couldn't hear any noise from other guests or the hallway. The bed was comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
