I had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites in downtown Seattle. The staff was excellent, and the room was beautiful. I especially enjoyed the signature lounge and the convenient location. The front desk people were lovely, and despite a TV issue, they were very friendly and responsive. The room was spacious with a nice couch, and I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. a fantastic experience!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even resolving an issue with my room's refrigerator in record time. The shower facilities were also impressive, providing Tea Tree Oil bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

I also enjoyed meeting Tren the boxer dog and having a lovely conversation with Sasha, gaining some boxer advice. my stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Springhill Suites was fantastic. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was offered and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others traveling to Seattle.
